Debohobo + a bachelor’s last stand = FUN!
In an effort to spread the love of www.thesnapclap.com; I agreed to do a mutual blog review with www.debohobo.com. But first, allow me to give you the back story. Deb, the owner of Debohobo.com, doesn’t know that there’s a back story, but alas there is.
So, those of you who know me, know I’m getting married in about a month. So, I’m counting the days right now. Of course, part of getting married for guys is the bachelor party. Ah yes, the bachelor party. In my experience, bachelor parties are either too mild, . . or too wild! Initially I wanted to do a bachelor’s last stand, with some of my boys. You know, like, a cool guys only trip; better yet, the last guys only trip (that is unless we all take up golf; which I’m sure will be a natural progression.)
So, enough with the back story. Anyway, I was surfing around the web the other day, looking for bachelor party destinations and clicking through www.mybloglog.com (exceptionally effective tool and major time killer), and I saw this interesting name; Debohobo. I thought to myself, what’s a debohobo? I heard of a wiki, and a digg and del.icio.us, but what’s a debohobo? I had to find out.
So, I clicked through and found myself at a blog, called debohobo, the title says, “Miscellaneous Ramblings of a Wannabe Dot Com Mogul” but alas it was much more than that. The first thing I noticed about Debohobo was the content. Debohobo’s got the travel thing on LOCK! You see, . it just so happened that I was looking for a guys only trip, and Debohobo has a series of 10 posts, each featuring guy’s only getaways. While I don’t really agree with the #1 guys only trip (as a New Yorker; almost anything from Boston, ‘cept cream pies, is sacrilege.) But guys getaway #3, . . now you’re talking my language; beer in Bavaria. What could be better than that? Beer, Bavarian and BMW’s on the autobahn, a dangerous mix, but what would a guy’s getaway be like if it wasn’t a little dangerous?
In between travel tips and recommendations, Debohobo does feature some ‘ramblings’ which cover topics like blogging, photos and even recipes. Debohobo features a two column layout with earthy green and dark gray color scheme. The right column has a tremendous amount information, tools and navigation. From what I’ve read, this is a hot spot for web layout, which is cool, ‘cause it makes it easier to use the tools; for example should the feeling hit you, Deboho has a widget that allows you to search for flights on Hotwire.com. Debohobo, also links to other travel sites, as well, which can be helpful. So, if you’re looking for a cool blog that not only features great travel suggestions, but also lets you book airfare and helps you plan your activates once you arrive; then look no further: www.debohobo.com. Great Job!
Hey wait a minute, there’s a post on honeymoon destinations too, . . cool!

If you have a choice of too mild or too wild - take the mild, the wild almost killed me.
